Details of the Customized Plan
For customers with the following needs, our Customized Plan is the perfect fit.
- For companies or small offices that want to implement a fixed IP connection
- For optimizing the communication route to specific IP addresses from overseas locations (for gaming or business use)
- For securing a stable connection based on bandwidth rather than data volume
We design dedicated network configurations and servers individually, tailored to each customer’s usage environment and objectives.
We respond flexibly and promptly even to requests that are difficult to accommodate with other plans.
When requesting a Customized Plan, we ask that you provide the following information in advance
- Your budget
- Preferred IP (country or region)
- Desired download speed (approximate)
- Whether low latency (ping) is a priority
- Estimated monthly data usage (consultation based on bandwidth is also possible)
Based on the information provided, we will build a dedicated server for you.
Normally, it takes approximately 7 business days for delivery.

- In principle, contracts are accepted from a minimum of 1 year.
- Due to the construction of a dedicated network/server, the fees will be higher than other plans.
- Please note that, due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be provided after the contract has been made.
