How do I register?

To select a service

1. Please select a plan from our website and proceed to the purchase page by clicking the Apply button.
2. Choose your preferred contract period and click “Go to Checkout”.
3. For plans other than Lite, select your desired data volume and click “CONTINUE”.
4. Fill in your account information, select a payment method, and make a payment.
5. Your account and subscription are now active.

To set up a device

1. Please refer to the setup guide for your device on our Support Center.
2. Non-iOS apps can be downloaded from the Download menu after logging in to your Client Area.
3. Once you have completed the settings, you are ready to connect.

To cancel a subscription

1. Log in to your Client Area and select the service you want to cancel under Your Active Services.
2. Select Cancel Subscription to unsubscribe. Your subscription will end at the end of your current payment cycle.

Your monthly data limit is reset every month on the date corresponding to your initial purchase. For example, if you initially purchased on January 15th, your data will reset on the 15th of every month.
