Payment is declined. What should I do?

There are several reasons why payment with a credit card may not be possible:

  1. Incorrect entry of card information
  2. Failure in 3DSecure authorization
  3. The card is frozen or international payments are blocked
  4. Restricted by fraud prevention systems

Please check the above factors and contact your bank to see if it can be used or if it is not blocked. If you have confirmed that there is no issue with the credit card itself and you still cannot use it, please contact support.
