Can I change the data plan during subscription renewal?

In principle, data plans cannot be changed after an invoice is issued. You need to switch to a new plan before the renewal date.

Example:
If the renewal date is the 15th, the service may be interrupted on the 15th. To ensure uninterrupted service, purchase a new plan by the 14th.

Steps

  1. Cancel your current plan
  2. Purchase the desired plan one day before the renewal date
  3. Set up the new plan via the UCSS app or the dedicated URL

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Select the plan you want to cancel under “Active Services”
  3. Click “Cancel Subscription”
