Can I change the data plan during subscription renewal?

In principle, data plans cannot be changed after an invoice is issued. You need to switch to a new plan before the renewal date.
Example:
If the renewal date is the 15th, the service may be interrupted on the 15th. To ensure uninterrupted service, purchase a new plan by the 14th.
Steps
- Cancel your current plan
- Purchase the desired plan one day before the renewal date
- Set up the new plan via the UCSS app or the dedicated URL
How to cancel
- Log in to your account page
- Select the plan you want to cancel under “Active Services”
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
