How to Use Proxy Sharing

By using proxy sharing, you can share the VPN with devices that do not have the VPN app installed.
Proxy Sharing Setup
UCSS for Windows, UCSS for Mac
From the icon in the upper left corner, navigate to “Proxy Sharing” → check “Allow Proxy Sharing.” Make sure to note the displayed port number and IP address.
All local IP addresses of the devices you are currently using will be shown. If you are communicating via a wireless Wi-Fi router, please use the relevant IP address.

UCSS for iOS
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner → go to “Proxy Sharing” → turn on “Allow Proxy Sharing.” Make sure to note the displayed port number and IP address.

SB for UCSS (Android)
On the home screen, tap the three-dot menu at the top right. Select “Settings” → “Override” → Turn on “Override LAN sharing”.
Return to the home screen and switch on the VPN. This will display the local IP and port number. Use the “HTTP” option in the settings.

Sharing Device Setup
Change the Wi-Fi settings of the device to share. Any device that can set up an HTTP proxy (such as Windows, macOS, etc.) can be shared.
iOS, iPadOS
1. Tap on the connected Wi-Fi from “Settings” → “Wi-Fi”

2. Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Configure Proxy” under HTTP Proxy

3. Select “Manual”
4. Enter the server (IP address) and port displayed in the UCSS app’s proxy sharing
5. Tap “Save” at the top right to complete. While the UCSS app is on, it will connect via the UCSS app

Android
The detailed settings and terminology may vary by Android device, but the basic steps remain the same.
