Troubleshooting
If you are unable to connect or if the app does not start correctly, please check the following.
- Running another VPN app simultaneously. If you are using another VPN app, please ensure it is closed before using the UCSS app.
- Interference from Killer Network Card. If you are using a Dell device, it typically comes with a Killer Network Card installed by default. This can prevent the network adapter from functioning correctly when connecting to a VPN. To resolve this, open ‘Killer Control Center’ from your applications list and turn off ‘Advanced Stream Detect’ or ‘Killer Prioritization Engine’.
