You can change communication rules from two different modes. If your purpose is for gaming or enhancing security, please use the ‘Global’ mode.

  • Global → All traffic through the UCSS server
  • Smart Routing → All traffic through the UCSS server except Mainland IP (bypass Mainland IP)
  • Web Browser → Works primarily in browsers. Communicating without imposing a heavy load on the CPU

Proxy Share

Devices within the same Wi-Fi environment can communicate with each other via the UCSS app. For more details, please refer to here.

Your Services

You can check the remaining data allowance and expiry dates, switch plans, and log out.

The data usage shown in “Your Services” is not in real time. Update timing may vary depending on network conditions. For real-time usage, please log in to your account and go to the relevant service → “Service Details”.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect or if the app does not start correctly, please check the following.

  1. Running another VPN app simultaneously. If you are using another VPN app, please ensure it is closed before using the UCSS app.
  2. Interference from Killer Network Card. If you are using a Dell device, it typically comes with a Killer Network Card installed by default. This can prevent the network adapter from functioning correctly when connecting to a VPN. To resolve this, open ‘Killer Control Center’ from your applications list and turn off ‘Advanced Stream Detect’ or ‘Killer Prioritization Engine’.
